From Chengdu Xinli Precision Cutting Tool Co., Ltd. to Sichuan Xinli Tool Co., Ltd. as a production enterprise specializing in manufacturing all kinds of cemented carbide cutting tools, our management and technical team has been engaged in tool manufacturing for nearly 20 years, with rich experience in tool design and manufacturing. All kinds of carbide products made by Xinli are widely used in chemical fiber, tobacco, printing, glass fiber, packaging, textile, paper, battery, leather and other industries, which are exported both at home and abroad, and are highly praised and trusted by the majority of users, and it is our basic business philosophy and eternal goal to minimize the downtime of your production line or that of your customers with high quality products and services.

History of the XINLI
2015
We gathered a group of technicians who have been working in the tungsten carbide tool manufacturing industry for 15-20 years and established Chengdu Xinli Precision Tools Co., Ltd, specializing in the manufacturing of tungsten carbide blades.
2016
Chengdu Xinli factory manufactured cigarette industry knives, corrugated cardboard industry slitting knife, chemical fiber industry thin blade, tape slitting knife and other carbide tungsten steel cutting tools into the market and by the majority of users trust and praise.
2017
Based on the existing business, Chengdu Xinli factory has set up its own blank factory; meanwhile, it has started a deep cooperation with other cutting tool suppliers other than carbide cutting tools to provide customers with a wider choice of products.
2018
Chengdu Xinli factory has added higher-end tool grinder, surface grinder, bore grinder, cylindrical grinder, vacuum packing machine, inspection and other equipments, as well as introduced more high-end engineers and technical developers.
2019
Chengdu Xinli factory has set up its own sales team, achieved good sales performance, and participated in various exhibitions in the industry to promote our brand.
2020
Facing the severe challenge of the new crown epidemic, Chengdu Xinli Precision Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. officially set up an online Ali store to enter the overseas market, while the domestic market entered a period of rapid development.
2021
Chengdu Xinli continuously develops the market and achieves better results, serving more than 2,000 suppliers and extending the business scope with customers all over the world.
2022
Chengdu Xinli Precision Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. actively seeks to transform the production mode, the establishment of Sichuan Xinli Cutting Tools Co., Ltd. marks the first step of automated production of our factory formally.
2023-Today
With the commissioning of a large number of automated production equipment and the optimization of internal systems, the pains brought by the transition have been overcome little by little, and we are meeting the challenges of the future with a new attitude.
